Trusted Shutters Reviews

Can't fault the team or the product. Great experience from start to finish, whether it was during the survey (Andrew), reviewing options in the showroom (Andreia), communication about installation, or on installation (Jon + 1). And the product itself has surpassed expectations. Would use them again without hesitation.

We had shutters fitted by lifetime shutters about 3yrs ago. They have been fitted shockingly badly, it’s not possible to open the top and bottom as they don’t align properly, even though there is a very big gap. We have recently had additional shutters fitted from elsewhere and have doubly realised how poor the ones we had from lifetime shutters are.

Fantastic service. Fitters were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to have in the house. The shutters are excellent quality and have improved the front window immeasurably. They look really beautiful and make our house immediately more attractive! Highly recommend.

Friendly Proffesional installation team .
Quality materials .

I have used lifetime Shutters three times now for three different addresses each time the service has been superb. Not only do they have a vast range of colours ( unlike others who seem to just have magnolia or white). Their product is exceptional, high quality and durable, not too shiny and after four years of use look as good as the day the shutters were fitted. The staff are polite and keep me posted regularly with updates on my order. their fitters are extremely polite and courteous, clean workers, take off their shoes and leave your premises immaculate. I cannot fault them.

Lifetime Shutters is a team of professionals who are a delight to work with. They have delivered our project that involved windows and doors with tricky angles and shapes with precision and up to a very high standard. I would highly recommend the team to everyone who is looking for good quality products at a competitive price with friendly and professional service.

Very professional company , Alin was on time , courteous, polite and had all of our blinds fitted in two hours , great job

I have used Lifetime shutters for three separate jobs over the last 10 years and I find them brilliant to work with. They are extremely pleasant and efficient as well as being competitive price-wise. From Cristina in the Teddington office to all the fitters - everything runs smoothly. Particular thanks to Luciano today who did a great job. The shutters are a very high standard and over 10 years I have had no problems with them. I highly recommend this company.

Happy to recommend. We have used Lifetime Shutters a number of times now, we were very happy with the first set of shutters we ordered, and have now ordered more for other parts of the house. High quality shutters at a fair price, look great. We have found the installation teams excellent. Thank you and highly recommended.

5* service from quote to installation by Luciano, fantastic quality as well as great price, thank you to all the team at Richmond office Lifetime Shutters and Blinds Ltd.

We are delighted with our shutters from Lifetime Shutters and Windows! The service was great from beginning to end, from making as appointment to having them fitted and we were regularly updated along the way. We felt the price was very reasonable and less expensive than we had expected. This could be the beginning of a shutter revolution in our house!

Hi,
I recently had a shutter from "Lifetime Shutters & Windows, Teddington" for my living room. They took professional measurements, directed me to the right product, offered a competitive price and installed the shutter on the exact date they said. All these were very important details and I was very satisfied with all of them. Both the office staff and the fitter are kind and professional. Thanks for your service.

Absolutely delighted with our new shutters from Lifetime Shutters. I found dealing with the team wonderful from point of arranging the initial quote to fitting. I particularly liked the way in which they provide their prices - no over inflated prices with so called big discounts just a fair transparent price. We're so pleased with the end product and will definitely use the team at Lifetime Shutters again.

Amazing service - we are so happy with our shutters. The company are so professional from the first initial visit to fitting, providing us with updates on delivery. Luciano worked efficiently and left our house tidy and clean after fitting - extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend

Waste of time, booked in an appointment, took the day off and was called that morning to cancel, but too late for me to get to work, so complete waste of a day. Gave benefit of the doubt and booked in again for last Saturday, once again called about an hour before they were due and had stayed home for to be told they would be 2 1/2 hours late. Given up.

Excellent in all respects. The fitters were polite and extremely professional.
Highly Recommended

Fantastic service and quality. We just had our wooden sash window replaced with a UPVC sash and they did an amazing job and high quality finish on it, going above and beyond to fix the window structure for us on top of the install. The window looks great. The team was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. Very polite, kind, professional and knowledgeable people. They advised correctly. Cannot say enough good things about them. We were quoted a very reasonable price. We were originally quoted a much higher price by a very well known department store, but Lifetime Shutters have delivered the same quality with the most reasonable price. Thank you, Lifetime Shutters. Keep up the good work

Having no idea about what best suited the different rooms in my house, Andrew came round and walked me through all the options and what would look good for my windows. After having my quote I was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced the shutters were. Once I confirmed, they were honest and upfront about the process and the time when my shutters were to be installed. The Shutters looks stunning and friends always compliment the work. Great quality finish and really professional service. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for Shutters.

What’s not to like - Great advice during measurement, good price and well fitted. Order to delivery was about 8-10 weeks but we knew that at the start and they kept us informed. Most importantly they look great and have made a huge difference to how our house feels
